In FY25 ,we served over 5,881 people across South and West Cook County.
That includes:
- 5,881 lives impacted
1,781 CHILDREN (UNDER AGE 18)
- 771 assisted by rapid rehousing
- 609 individuals at Cicero Avenue Transitional Shelter
- $2.2 MIL in prevention funds distributed
526 households served - an average of $3,200 in prevention dollars
- 988 walk-ins in one month at the Summit Service Center
- 65,848 + lbs of food rescued
- 29,523 meals served
We’ve grown to meet rising needs, with a $14 million operating budget and a $2.7 million fundraising goal to sustain and expand our work.
